How to add clients and sites manually?

Learn how to add your clients and their sites manually on mobile and desktop

Add your clients and their sites manually using the mobile app or on desktop. You can also upload your clients and their sites using a csv file or via our Quickbooks integration.

On mobile

  1. Head to More > Clients & Sites:

  2. Click on the blue + New client button:

  3. Fill in the Client name and any other relevant details. Then click Create new client:

  4. In the Sites tab, click on the blue + New site button:

  5. Fill in the Site name, Site address and any other relevant details and click Create new site:​

  6. You can add additional sites for this client by clicking on the blue + New site button:


On desktop

  1. Head to Clients & Sites and click on the + New client button:

  2. Fill in the Client name, Site name and Site address. Then click Add new client:

  3. You can add additional sites for this client by clicking on + New site:
