How do I manage my notifications?

Learn how to customise the alerts you receive from HubScape

Currently, there are three notifications you can receive from HubScape:

  1. Visit has been marked as complete

    1. Get notified when a member of your team has marked a visit as complete

  2. Visit has been marked as unable to complete

    1. Get notified when a member of your team hasn’t been able to complete a visit and their reason why

  3. Visit is overdue

    1. Get notified when a visit from yesterday’s schedule hasn’t been marked as complete

On mobile

  1. Head to More > Settings > Notifications

On desktop

  1. Head to Settings > Notifications. Here you can toggle on/off your notifications:
