Currently, there are three notifications you can receive from HubScape:
Visit has been marked as complete
Get notified when a member of your team has marked a visit as complete
Visit has been marked as unable to complete
Get notified when a member of your team hasn’t been able to complete a visit and their reason why
Visit is overdue
Get notified when a visit from yesterday’s schedule hasn’t been marked as complete
On mobile
Head to More > Settings > Notifications
On desktop
Head to Settings > Notifications. Here you can toggle on/off your notifications:
