How do I generate, edit and send visit completion reports?

Learn how to generate visit completion reports so your clients receive a summary of the work completed

With HubScape, you are able to send visit completion reports to your clients so that they receive documentation on:

  • The tasks completed

  • The time on site

  • Before and after photos

  • Any visit notes you wish to include

Please note: a visit must be completed in order to send a visit report.

On mobile

  1. Tap on a completed visit, here you can edit the recorded time on site, visit notes and add or remove any images. Then click Update details for this to be reflected in the visit report.

  2. To send a visit report, scroll down and tap "Send visit report":

  3. You can email the report or view and share it as a PDF using your device’s native sharing options.

    1. If the client has an email saved, it will appear when selecting "Send via email," or you can enter one manually. Learn how to add email addresses to your clients here.


On desktop

  1. Click on a completed visit, here you can edit the recorded time on site, visit notes and add or remove any images. Then click Update details for this to be reflected in the visit report.

  2. Refresh the page.

  3. To send a visit report, head to the completed visit and click Export. This will generate a PDF version of the completion report for you to send to your clients.
