How do I create a quote?

Create and send quotes in just a few steps. Use client details, add line items and download the quote as a PDF or Word document to share with your clients instantly. Once quotes are sold, they can be converted into jobs.

Note: quotes can only be created and exported via desktop.

On desktop

  1. Head to the Quotes tab.
    ​

  2. Click Create new quote and select the client and the site.
    ​

  3. A quote will be created.

    1. You can add a job description and upload images/documents in the Job Summary & Images section.

    2. List services with quantities and unit prices in the Services section - totals are calculated automatically.

    3. You have the option to specify visit frequency and include terms and conditions.

    4. Export the quote as a PDF or Word document using the Download button at the top right.
