Sometimes we need to create jobs but don't want to schedule them immediately. These unscheduled jobs can be placed in your unscheduled list until you are ready to schedule them. This can be helpful for a variety of reasons such as waiting for materials to arrive, for client approval or simply because you do not have enough time to schedule the job at the moment.
On mobile
Head to the Unscheduled tab where all your unscheduled jobs will be listed by due date. Tap on a job to schedule it.
On desktop
Click on Show unscheduled visits in the top right. Click on a visit to schedule it or drag and drop visits into the schedule:
